The uterine lining is the inner layer of cells that line the womb or uterus. This lining grows in the womb and is shed monthly through the process that we know as menstruation.

  2. Get enough sleep and relaxation

    Having enough sleep will help regulate your hormones. Make sure to get at least 7 to 9 hours of sleep a day and as much as possible, keep a regular sleeping pattern.

    To help you get better sleep;

    • you can use sleeping masks
    • have a night time routine to help you relax
    • Put your gadgets away to keep you from sleeping late
    • Get comfortable in a cool and dark room

    Other options that can help you relax is by trying activities such as yoga, acupuncture, or aromatherapy.

  3. Exercise and Improve circulation

    Exercising improves circulation throughout the body so that nutrients from the food you take are distributed evenly. Circulation will also increase the blood flow to your uterus. And when your uterus is in good shape, it can also produce better uterine lining.

    Another way to improve circulation is by getting a massage. You can always ask your partner to give you one before bed so that you can sleep more comfortably.
